Race winner Elizabeth Dyson: "A fantastic event. I had such a brilliant day. The course was
beautiful and very well marked, and the marshals were all very friendly and supportive. The
venue for the race start/finish was also great. I particularly enjoyed having a hot shower then
a cream tea after the race! I do hope you decide to run it again!"

helped us get to the right place for handover. The atmosphere at each change over station
was exciting, everyone was applauding each runner, walker that was passing through. I really
